Step by steps Preparation

Ingredients desiccated coconutToast the desiccated coconut in a frying pan without any fat until golden brown. Remove from the pan and leave to cool. -

Ingredients Lemongrass, gingerCut the lemongrass in half lengthways, peel the ginger and grate it finely. -

Ingredients Coconut milk, coconut drinkPut both into a saucepan with the coconut milk and 140 ml of coconut drink, then heat. -

Ingredients Coconut syrupLeave to infuse for a few minutes, then season to taste with the coconut syrup and pour through a sieve into two glasses. -

Ingredients Coconut drink, EILLES TEE Organic MatchaHeat the remaining coconut drink with EILLES TEE Organic Matcha for Latte Premix in a milk frother and froth until frothy. -
6.Step
Finally, divide the warm matcha foam between the two glasses. -
