1 stalk Lemongrass
1 piece Ginger
200 ml creamy coconut milk
200 ml Coconut Drink Barista
4 tbsp Coconut syrup
20g coarse desiccated coconut

Step by steps Preparation

    Ingredients desiccated coconut
    Toast the desiccated coconut in a frying pan without any fat until golden brown. Remove from the pan and leave to cool.

    Ingredients Lemongrass, ginger
    Cut the lemongrass in half lengthways, peel the ginger and grate it finely.

    Ingredients Coconut milk, coconut drink
    Put both into a saucepan with the coconut milk and 140 ml of coconut drink, then heat.

    Ingredients Coconut syrup
    Leave to infuse for a few minutes, then season to taste with the coconut syrup and pour through a sieve into two glasses.

    Heat the remaining coconut drink with EILLES TEE Organic Matcha for Latte Premix in a milk frother and froth until frothy.
