Ingredients WaterThen place in a small saucepan, pour over about 250 ml of water and simmer on the stove over a low heat until the liquid has reduced and the ginger fibers are soft. -

Ingredients EILLES KAFFEE PowerfulAt the same time, prepare the coffee as usual; black filter coffee or a freshly brewed espresso is ideal. -

Pour the coffee into a glass and pour the hot ginger brew through a sieve. -
