- Ice cubes
400 ml chilled whole milk or Barista oat drink
50 ml Cream or a plant-based alternative
2 tbsp Brown sugar

    Prepare EILLES Röstmeister Caffé Crema in a coffee machine and leave to cool.

    Ingredients Creme brûlée syrup, ice cubes
    Pour the syrup into two glasses and add a few ice cubes.

    Ingredients Milk / oat drink Barista, EILLES KAFFEE RÖSTMEISTER Caffé Crema
    Add 3/4 of the cold milk / Oat Drink Barista and slowly pour in the coffee.

    Ingredients Milk / oat drink, cream / plant-based alternative
    Froth the remaining milk / Barista oat drink and cream / plant-based alternative in a cold milk frother and carefully divide the (firm) froth between the glasses with a spoon.

    Ingredients Brown sugar
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize quickly with a Bunsen burner / flambé burner.

    Garnish with fresh berries and mint and serve immediately.
