1/2 small organic orange
3 cl Aperol
6 cl Prosecco

Step by steps Preparation

    Ingredients EILLES KAFFEE Röstmeister espresso, orange, orange slices, ice cream
    Grind EILLES KAFFEE Röstmeister Espresso coffee beans and prepare a double ristretto with the portafilter machine. Cut the orange into slices. Fill a wine glass with ice and orange slices.

    Ingredients Aperol, Prosecco, ice cubes, mint
    Pour the ristretto, Aperol, Prosecco and 5-6 ice cubes into a bar shaker and shake vigorously. Pour the Coffee Spritz into the prepared wine glass over a bar strainer. Garnish the drink with mint and serve.
