250 ml Almond drink, barista quality

    Wash, clean and roughly chop the strawberries. Puree with the sugar.

    Prepare 4 EILLES KAFFEE RÖSTMEISTER espressos of 60 ml each in a portafilter machine or Bialetti.

    Ingredients Almond drink
    Froth the almond drink in a milk frother or with the steam lance of the portafilter machine.

    Ingredients Strawberry puree, almond drink foam, EILLES KAFFEE RÖSTMEISTER espresso
    Divide the strawberry puree into glasses. Spoon the almond drink foam into the glasses. Pour the EILLES KAFFEE RÖSTMEISTER espresso very carefully over the top. Serve with the lemon mélange tartlet.
