Ingredients Ginger, EILLES KAFFEE RÖSTMEISTER Caffè Crema, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, liquid creamPeel the ginger and cut into wafer-thin slices. Pour EILLES KAFFEE RÖSTMEISTER Caffè Crema (from the fully automatic machine) into a small saucepan. Add the ginger slices, cinnamon stick and crushed cardamom pods and leave to infuse for 5 minutes over a low heat. Add 2 tablespoons of liquid cream. -

Ingredients whipped cream, cane sugar if desiredPour the hot coffee-spice brew through a sieve into a coffee mug or heat-resistant glass. Pour the whipped cream over it. Sweeten with a little cane sugar to taste.
