1 str. TL Cocoa powder (without sugar)
approx. 270 ml Water
80 ml Barista milk
2 TSP sweetened orange julienne (made from organic orange peel)

Step by steps Preparation

    Mix ground Eilles Kaffee Röstmeister Multitalent, grated orange peel and cocoa powder and pour into the coffee container of a large Bialetti pot.

    Ingredients Water
    Fill the water to just below the safety valve. Close the jug and place the Bialetti on a hob and bring to the boil. As soon as the process is complete, set the Bialetti aside and wait briefly until the mocha is ready.

    Ingredients Barista milk, mocha, sweetened orange julienne
    Heat the milk in a milk frother. Pour the mocha into preheated glasses. Serve with milk foam and sugared orange julienne.
