2 branches Rosemary
150 ml Water
50 ml Apple juice
1 ripe peach
- Ice cubes

Step by steps Preparation

    Ingredients EILLES TEE Organic Fairtrade Fruits Natural, rosemary, water
    Pour 150 ml boiling hot water over the EILLES TEE Organic Fairtrade Fruits Natural and a sprig of rosemary and leave to infuse for approx. 1 hour.

    Ingredients Apple juice
    Remove the Tea Diamond® and the sprig of rosemary and mix with 50 ml apple juice.

    Ingredients Peach, ice cubes
    Wash the peach, cut in half and remove the stone. Roughly dice ¾ of the peach flesh and puree. Cut the remaining peach into wedges. Pour the peach purée into a glass. Carefully add the ice cubes and peach slices.

  4. 4.Step

    Ingredients Rosemary
    Slowly pour the tea over it. Serve garnished with 1 sprig of rosemary.
