Make an infusion from gin and EILLES TEE Rosehip and Hibiscus. Pour the gin into a small bottle, add the EILLES Tea Diamond® and leave to infuse for about an hour. Place two slices of ginger in a highball glass, press down lightly and sprinkle a pinch of Hawaiian salt on top. Then add the remaining ingredients and fill the glass with ice cubes. To decorate, place candied ginger on a wooden skewer and place on the rim of the glass. Finally, decorate with an edible flower.
