Ingredients EILLES TEE Tea Diamond® Assam Special Broken, ginger, water, oat milkPlace a bag of EILLES TEE Tea Diamond® Assam Special Broken in a small saucepan.
Thinly peel and finely dice the ginger and add to the Tea Diamond®.
Pour boiling hot water over it and leave to infuse for 4 minutes.
Then remove the pyramid bag, add 50 ml of oat milk to the tea and bring to the boil again. -

Ingredients Oat milk, Licor 43Froth the remaining oat milk using a milk frother.
Add the Licor 43 to the tea punch and pour the mixture into a mug.
Top with the oat milk foam and serve immediately.
