3 sachets EILLES TEE Mate-Lime
5 Cardamom capsules
20 g Organic ginger
200 ml Boiling hot water
100 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
4 CL Pomegranate syrup (100 %)
4CL Lime juice
1 Star fruit
4 Ice cream scoops
4 TSP Pomegranate seeds
200 ml Mineral water classic

Step by steps Preparation

    Ingredients Eilles tea mate lime sachets, cardamom, ginger, boiling hot water
    Place the Eilles tea mate lime sachets, crushed cardamom pods and ginger slices in a container and pour in the boiling hot water. Leave to infuse for approx. 8-10 minutes and remove the sachets. Leave to cool and then pour through a sieve.

    Ingredients Orange juice, pomegranate syrup, lime juice, star fruit, ice balls, pomegranate seeds
    Add the orange juice, pomegranate syrup and lime juice and stir. Cut the star fruit into slices. Divide the scoops of ice cream between the glasses. Divide the pomegranate seeds and carambola over the glasses.

    Ingredients Mineral water
    Pour the drink into the glasses. Top up with mineral water and serve.
