1 bar Lemon grass
1 piece Ginger
200 ml creamy coconut milk
200 ml Coconut drink barista
4 TBSP. Coconut syrup
20g coarse grated coconut

Step by steps Preparation

    Ingredients Grated coconut
    Toast the grated coconut in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove and leave to cool.

    Ingredients Lemon grass, ginger
    Halve the lemongrass lengthwise, peel and finely grate the ginger.

    Ingredients Coconut milk, coconut drink
    Place both in a pan with the coconut milk and 140 ml coconut drink and heat up.

    Ingredients Coconut syrup
    Leave to infuse for a few minutes, then season with the coconut syrup and pour through a sieve into two glasses.

    Ingredients Coconut drink, EILLES TEE Organic Matcha
    Heat the remaining coconut drink with EILLES TEE Organic Matcha for Latte Premix in a milk frother and whisk to a froth.

    Finally, divide the warm matcha foam between the two glasses.
