Ingredients Grated coconutToast the grated coconut in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove and leave to cool. -

Ingredients Lemon grass, gingerHalve the lemongrass lengthwise, peel and finely grate the ginger. -

Ingredients Coconut milk, coconut drinkPlace both in a pan with the coconut milk and 140 ml coconut drink and heat up. -

Ingredients Coconut syrupLeave to infuse for a few minutes, then season with the coconut syrup and pour through a sieve into two glasses. -

Ingredients Coconut drink, EILLES TEE Organic MatchaHeat the remaining coconut drink with EILLES TEE Organic Matcha for Latte Premix in a milk frother and whisk to a froth. -
