2 Shiso leaves

2 TSP Yuzu juice
200 ml Ginger Beer

    Pour 300 ml of 80°C hot water over one Tea Diamond® EILLES TEE Green Tea Asia Leaf Superior and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes.

    Ingredients EILLES TEE Tea Diamond® Green Tea Asia Superior, agave syrup
    Remove the Tea Diamond®, stir in the agave syrup and leave the tea to cool.

    Ingredients Shiso leaves, ice cubes, tea, yuzu juice
    Fill two tall glasses with a shiso leaf and a few ice cubes each, pour in the tea and yuzu juice.

    Ingredients Ginger Beer
    Top up with ginger beer and serve.
